Processing Time

Orders containing in-stock items that do not require custom preparation, spiritual work, personalization, or special handling are typically processed and shipped within 2 business days of receiving payment.

Custom & Spiritual Work Orders

Products requiring custom preparation, dressing, blessing, spiritual work, ritual services, special requests, or made-to-order production may require additional processing time. Estimated completion times will vary depending on the service requested.

Shipping Carrier

Orders are shipped through our selected shipping carriers. Delivery times provided by the carrier are estimates and are not guaranteed by Ms. P's Botanica.

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Ms. P's Botanica is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional shipping fees resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier and marked as delivered, Ms. P's Botanica is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced packages. Customers should contact the carrier directly to file a claim when applicable.

Shipping Delays

Ms. P's Botanica is not responsible for delays caused by weather, carrier issues, holidays, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our control.
