Refund policy
At Ms. P's Botanica, we take pride in providing quality spiritual products, botanicals, candles, oils, colognes, and religious items. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are subject to the following policy:
No Returns
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds on any merchandise.
Store Credit for Eligible Items
Unopened, unused, and sealed merchandise may be exchanged for store credit only within 7 days of purchase with the original receipt.
Eligible items include:
- Sealed colognes
- Sealed oils
- Sealed soaps
- Other factory-sealed products
Non-Eligible Items
The following items cannot be returned, exchanged, or credited:
- Opened or used products
- Candles
- Spiritual supplies and ritual items
- Custom orders
- Special orders
- Herbs, roots, powders, and botanicals
- Religious items
- Clearance or sale merchandise
- Gift cards
Damaged Merchandise
If an item is damaged at the time of purchase, it must be reported within 24 hours and presented with the original receipt. Management reserves the right to inspect all merchandise before approving any exchange.
Store Credit
Approved exchanges will be issued as store credit only and have no cash value.
Management Rights
Ms. P's Botanica reserves the right to refuse any exchange request that does not comply with this policy.
